This concerns only services. These services can only be delivered based on the material listed in the Capacity Planner. There is a direct correlation between the number of elements (that determine the complexity of the configuration) and the calculation of the number of hours required to deliver the service. The applied formula is based on the experience we have gained over the years and is continuously updated based on new developments and technological evolution in the domain. The hourly rate is also listed in the Capacity Planner (as well as the validity expiration). Only PDF and VLP files are provided (never Excel nor VSD).

Short, quick inquiries that can be answered in less than 5 or 10 minutes are possible every day (including week-ends) between 10:00 and 22:00 hour CET (Brussels time zone GMT+01:00) free of charge for all our Velbus customers. This is outside of the VMBTSI service.
Deliverable = Logging in into customer system via Velbuslink, Home Center, Anydesk or Chrome Remote Desktop after having taken an appointment (not possible otherwise).
Remotely logging in into the customer's system through the internet to get access to Velbus and the VLP file |
Problem must first be communicated by email including the VLP file in attachment + router access must be set up if direct access to Velbuslink or Home Center is choosen. The troubleshooting guide should be followed before requesting this service. |
Deliverable = On-site (Belgian territory) support provided if it is absolutely technically impossible to provide remote support (SOLIVI's judgement).
In principle, it is not necessary (has only been delivered twice, and even then it was the result of incorrect wiring by the customer). |
This concerns ONLY support for a Velbus module (never electrical fault detection, this must be done by an electrician). VMBTSI should be performed first. |
The service can only be provided if the customer follows our recommendations.
